Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition

All tags / stickers must remain intact

Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Customers are responsible for:

Return postage costs

Ensuring items are securely packaged
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds cover the item value only.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed items

Items damaged due to customer handling
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Important Fit Advice
All GAFFER garments are intentionally oversized.
Each product has its own size chart displayed on the product page.
We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering.
