Are your products made to order?

Yes.

Every Gaffer piece is made to order once your purchase is placed.
We do not mass produce or hold excess stock.

This approach reduces waste and allows us to focus on quality over volume.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

All products are produced and fulfilled by our trusted UK-based print partners.

Production and dispatch locations may vary depending on the product.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 2–5 working days to be produced before dispatch.

Once shipped, most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 working days from order date.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts from £3.99.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Returned in original condition

  • Tags must remain intact

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We stand behind the quality of every Gaffer product.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a dedicated size chart - we also have a size guide page.

Our t-shirts are intentionally oversized.

If you prefer a more standard fit, consider sizing down.

We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As all products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun.

If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist where production has not started.

Do you restock items?

As products are made to order, items do not “sell out” in the traditional sense.

However, designs may be discontinued in the future.
